I’m Alina Brașoveanu, with a Master's degree in Public International Law from the University of Oxford and an international human rights lawyer and with over 20 years of experience across the United Nations, the Council of Europe, and the OSCE.

I’ve worked in more than 50 countries and bring a deep understanding of high-pressure careers. I know first-hand what it’s like to operate at a high level and still feel stuck when it’s time and you are ready to take the next step professionally.

After facing my own career crossroads, I realised that surface-level answers were not enough. The real change began when I explored the subconscious patterns behind my blocks. That’s what helped me rebuild my confidence, access my hidden power, and launch Alina Life Balance. Today, I support other professionals to uncover what’s really holding them back and step into the career and life they truly want.
